Breathwork with Laura Grace Gill

Breathwork is a powerful technique for exploration,

discovery, healing, and personal growth. Working with the breath enables you to take better care of yourself and helps release beliefs and patterns that no longer serve you. Most people leave sessions feeling clearer, calmer, more content, and relaxed. Laura provides a curated playlist that enhances the experience and will help you focus during the session.

Sound Bath Therapy with Tay Lang

Sound Bath takes you on a meditative journey while the facilitator plays crystal singing bowls and Tibetan singing bowls. Participants will be lying down on a yoga mat with a blanket. Sound waves stimulate the brain waves, sending healing vibrational frequency signals to the body, helping you to relax, rest, and release any stagnant emotional energy trapped within the body. Sound baths promote rest and help restore emotional, mental, and physical well-being. Good for anyone dealing with stress, anxiety, grief, brain fog, mental confusion, emotional heaviness, or depression.

Private Breathwork Session with Laura Grace Gill

Conscious circular breathwork is a transformational tool used for ongoing healing. The accelerated breath clears emotional blocks and stagnant energy from the mind and body. Laura guides the session delicately and holds space for healing to occur. Bodies store inflammation and memory including childhood wounding/trauma. This breathing technique helps to release this unresolved trauma. Laura will complete the session with a heart-opening meditation designed specifically for you given what you are comfortable to share with her prior to your session.
